When you use Convo during a live call, we process audio captured by your device's microphone to generate a text transcript in real time. We store the resulting transcript, call metadata, and any notes or contact information you choose to save. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number ourselves.
Information about how you use the app to help us improve the Service.
We share information with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the Service: Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic (AI coaching), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (data storage). We do not sell your personal information.
